Ruff is a recent pet character in the "Barbie Pets" discount playline. His name is only mentioned in Barbie Magazine. It is unknown whether Barbie or one of her friends (Teresa, Nikki, or Renee) own him. He is most often seen with Teresa. He gets along with Blissa and the other puppies.
