Otto is boyfriend of Chelsea. He is her boyfriend but sometimes frenemy in Barbie: Dreamtopia and Dreamtopia: The Series. He is fun to play with, but sometimes is arrogant or selfish. He also tries to hard to act cool to like Chelsea. In Chelsea's mind, he also doubles as Prince Notto. In Dreamtopia stories, sometimes he is the antagonist and sometimes he is a boyfriend. He is currently the only male Chelsea sized character. Otto is in love with Chelsea.
