Story[]
Kelly and her friends Keeya and Becky go to an amusement park. They are accompanied by some older girls named Lisa and Maria. After going on a rollercoaster, Kelly and her friends want cotton candy, but there is only one left. Lisa and Maria tell them to share it, but Kelly and her friends are unenthusiastic. They share the cotton candy and then imagine Sweetsville, a world made of candy. Using their magical dream lockets, Kelly, Keeya and Becky transport themselves to Sweetsville, a candy kingdom. They see that everything, from the houses to the flowers, is made of candy, and that they are now wearing candy-scented dresses.
Kelly, Keeya and Becky try to eat some chocolate flowers, but they are stopped by some guards. The guards say that the girls can't have any candy because it all belongs to the Duke de Sucre. Kelly and her friends are in disbelief that they are not allowed even one piece of candy. Kelly, Keeya and Becky visit the Duke de Sucre to ask him to share. He is a hyperactive child who is hoarding candy, and he tells them that he refuses to let anyone else have any candy.
The Duke de Sucre suggests playing games with candy as the prize. They try to play cards with him, but he wins because he won't share his cards. Kelly and her friends find it boring playing with someone as selfish as the Duke de Sucre, so they almost leave. He begs them to stay because he is lonely. He still doesn't want to share, but they tell him it can be fun. They try playing ping pong, but Kelly hits the ball to the Duke de Sucre and he says it is now his. Kelly says it's more fun if they share the ball, so he plays properly and has fun even though he loses the game.
After playing all of the Duke de Sucre's games twice, he still doesn't want the girls to leave. He makes up a new game, Watch Out Below, where he floods the streets with candy for them to surf on. They surf to the citizens of Sweetsville, and the Duke de Sucre announces that he is now sharing his candy. Everyone cheers, the guards eat some lollipops, and the citizens play with the candy. The Duke de Sucre is amazed that the more he shares, the more fun he has. Kelly, Keeya and Becky use their dream lockets to go back to the amusement park. There is now enough cotton candy for everyone, but Kelly says that sharing with friends is sweeter than any treat.
