Karl Lagerfeld, also known as simply the Karl or Lagerfeld face, is a Barbie face sculpt patented in 2013 and first introduced with the Karl Lagerfeld Barbie in 2014.

This new face sculpt was created for the brand collaboration doll Karl Lagerfeld Barbie, a Platinum Label of no more than 999 units worldwide. This face became the standard Barbie face for all collector dolls ever since it debuted, replacing the previously overused Bob Mackie (Face Sculpt ©1991), which also resulted from a collaboration with a prestigious fashion designer.
