"Ella: Friend of Barbie" is a special character made to be given to kids fighting cancer, alopecia, Lupus, or any other illness that causes hair loss. Ella is just as fashionable as her friend Barbie and expresses herself through her many wigs!

Ella has tan skin, olive eyes (they appear grey in illustrations), and she is bald. She comes with several wigs, including a straight brown one, and a choppy, short pink wig. She also comes with a cute polka-dotted head scarf.
