A beautiful, sheer summer dress for that special occasion! The sheer, dotted yellow Swiss was lined in yellow tricot. The white sheer nylon ruffles on the sleeves and hem matched the flocked white dots on the yellow fabric. A big, white fabric flower accented the neckline.
