The raglan puffed-sleeve dress had a pink elastic waistband and a ruffle at the hem. A vest topped it off. Shown are two versions, one in a woven floral with a peachy-pink tricot vest, and one in a printed-on floral with a shiny, rosy pink tricot vest.
