Barbie Summer Adventure is a CGI-animated web series. It is the 15th Barbie's Dreamworld miniseries and it debuted on YouTube on May 12, 2023. It was animated by Relish Studios.[1] The series stars Barbie "Malibu" Roberts, her younger sisters and her best friend Barbie "Brooklyn" Roberts on the first day of summer.

Episode Synopses[]
Episode 1[]
Malibu, Brooklyn, Skipper, Stacie and Chelsea are excited that the school semester is over and their summer break has begun. The dolls each have their own goals for the first day of summer. The group's motto is, "One for all and all for fun." Instead of being busy babysitting, Skipper wants to practice self care, so she goes to a water park to relax before her lifeguarding shift. Skipper gets an emergency phone call from her friend Anna, who needs help at the mall Babysitting Expo. Skipper sees Malibu is at the water park. Since Malibu is also certified lifeguard, Skipper asks Malibu to cover her shift. At the Babysitting Expo, Anna explains to Skipper that she was babysitting two babies when a large gumball machine fell over, resulting in a big ball pit on the ground that the babies are now lost in. Skipper wishes her sisters and Brooklyn were there to help. Anna finds a puppy in the ball pit. Skipper says she will have time for herself after finding the missing babies.
Episode 2[]
Malibu drops Brooklyn off at the mall and then goes to the water park to use the thrilling water slides. Skipper asks Malibu to cover her lifeguarding shift. Malibu agrees and feels glad to help Skipper, but finds lifeguarding boring. Daisy takes over Malibu's shift. Malibu sees that the queue for the slide is very long and then she gets splashed by someone jumping in a pool, but she remains optimistic. She goes to Barbie Salon for a thrilling new hairstyle. Two Barbie Extra dolls work at the salon. Even though Malibu loves the salon, she misses her sisters and Brooklyn since she usually goes to the salon with them.
Stacie is normally busy with sports, but she wants to do something different today. She goes cycling and sees the gumballs from the mall are on the road. Stacie decides to try a new hairstyle so she goes to the Barbie Salon, but she gets turned away because Malibu was their last walk-in appointment. Stacie sees an ear-piercing kiosk and considers getting clip-on earrings, but she is hesitant because she doesn't usually wear earrings. Stacie wishes her friends were there to help her decide.
Episode 3[]
Brooklyn wants to experiment with inventing a new summer treat. She gets a cupcake at the mall but drops it on the ground. Brooklyn gets some ice cream next, but slips on a gumball and spills the ice cream on her clothes. Brooklyn goes to Extra Fashion Closet store for new clothes. The Barbie Extra dolls at the store greet Brooklyn and one notices that Malibu isn't with Brooklyn even though they usually shop together. Brooklyn misses everyone else and wonders what they're up to.
Chelsea wants to challenge herself so she goes to a skate park. A Barbie Fashionistas doll announces a skateboarding challenge. Chelsea finds skateboarding difficult. She skates into the mall and knocks over the gumball machine, which caused the ball pit on the ground. Chelsea skateboards back to the skate park and flies off the skateboard. Chelsea feels proud that she challenged herself, but she misses everyone else because she knows they would've cheered her on. Chelsea decides to try skateboarding again.
Episode 4[]
Malibu, Brooklyn, Skipper, Stacie and Chelsea reflect on their day. At Barbie Salon and Extra Fashion Closet, Malibu and Brooklyn magically get new looks. A Barbie Extra Mini doll gives Brooklyn some new glasses. Malibu and Brooklyn see each other at the mall and ask how the other is doing. They agree that independence is good, but sometimes you need a friend's support to achieve your goals.
Chelsea skates into the mall, so Malibu and Brooklyn run after her. The three of them go by Stacie at the ear-piercing kiosk, and they encourage Stacie to try clip-on earrings. The sparkly earrings draw the attention of the babies in the ball pit, so Skipper and Anna are able to find them. Anna thanks Skipper for helping and tells her to take the rest of the day off for self-care. Stacie loves her earrings, Chelsea feels challenged, and encountering everyone in the mall was thrilling for Malibu. The puppy from the ball pit runs past two dolls and makes their ice cream and cupcake fly into the air and combining, resulting in Brooklyn discovering a new summer treat. Malibu, Brooklyn, Skipper, Stacie and Chelsea reflect on how even though they set out on their own, they still worked together. Malibu feels proud of everyone and they all shout their motto, "One for all and all for fun."
