Barbie® Loves the Ocean™ (stylized as Barbie® ❤ THE OCEAN™) is a doll collection released in 2021. It is the first Barbie doll collection to have the doll's bodies be made from primarily recycled ocean-bound plastic. The recycled plastic was sourced within 50km of waterways in areas lacking formal waste collection systems. The collection is part of a brand campaign named The Future of Pink is Green™.[1]
