Alice is a face sculpt patented in 2006, first introduced with the Alice in Wonderland Barbie.

For the Alice in Wonderland Collection, a new face sculpt was created exclusively for the Alice doll in the set. The face sculpt was not very popular with collectors due to being a much larger mold than other face sculpts, and only got used one more time for Little Red Riding Hood and the Wolf Barbie Giftset.
